Venue Highlight: Designed for an Exhibition Experience

One of the most common questions we hear when modellers are deciding whether to attend a show is simple: What’s the venue like?

For the Wine Country Model Expo, we chose our venue very intentionally to support an exhibition-style experience — one that’s comfortable for exhibitors, visitors, vendors, and speakers alike. Here’s what you can expect:

• Excellent lighting throughout the exhibition space, ideal for viewing and photographing models
• Ample table spacing, giving the display area for each modeller’s works room to breathe
• A dedicated presentation and seminar room for talks and discussions
• Separate vendor area, so browsing vendors doesn’t crowd the exhibition tables
• Plenty of free parking, immediately adjacent to the venue
• Right off the freeway, making arrival and departure easy
• Straightforward load-in and load-out 

We believe the physical environment matters. A well-lit, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid-out venue allows the focus to stay where it belongs — on the models, the conversations, and the shared enjoyment of the hobby.
