Expo Registration

Registration for the 2026 Expo is now closed.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the inaugural Wine Country Model Expo.

Information about registration for the 2027 Wine Country Model Expo will be announced here when available.

In the meantime, the information below describes the exhibition-style display format used at the Expo and may be helpful to those interested in future participation.

Registration Is For An Unlimited Number of Models

Registered entrants may bring an unlimited number of models for display at the Expo – one entry fee covers them all. We actively encourage you to bring and share your work — our goal is to create an Expo that feels more like an art exhibition than a traditional contest.

Exhibition Style Display

All of a modeller’s work will be displayed together, encouraging conversation, shared techniques, and community interaction. By sharing your models, you help support the growth of the local modeling community and the collaborative spirit of the hobby.

Display Only Option

Participation in evaluation and awards is optional. Modellers may choose to designate any or all of their models as Display Only, meaning they will be exhibited but not evaluated for awards. This option is provided to encourage open sharing, experimentation, and participation at whatever level feels most comfortable to each modeller.

Model Information Card

Modellers may optionally use a Model Information Card to share details about their work (kit, scale, notes, or special considerations). If used, the card should be placed on the table next to the model. For presentation purposes, the card is designed to be printed and trimmed to approximately 4 × 6 inches rather than displayed as a full letter-size sheet. https://winecountrymodelexpo.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/Model-Information-Fillable-Form.pdf
