McDowell Blvd, Petaluma, CA 94954<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Vendor registration for the 2026 Expo is now closed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The information below reflects vendor participation policies used for the 2026 Expo and is retained for reference. Vendor participation nformation for the 2027 Wine Country Model Expo will be posted here when available.<\/strong> If you are interested in participating as a vendor in our 2027 Expo where vendor tables will again be limited, please email to:  winecountrymodelclub@gmail.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2026 Expo Hours<br><\/strong>The hours of the 2026 Expo were from&nbsp;9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and the vendor setup began at 8:00 AM.&nbsp;&nbsp;Vendor breakdown and load-out was not permitted during the awards presentations that took place between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm.&nbsp;&nbsp;Vendors were required to have everything removed by 4:30 p.m.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2026 Expo Table Details<br><\/strong>The number of vendor tables were <strong>limited at the 2026 Expo and sold out quickly. Vendor tables were assigned on a first-come, first-served basis<\/strong>. Reservations could only be made based on advance payment.\u00a0To maintain a balanced and varied vendor area, we reserve the right to prioritize vendor mix and product variety when confirming registrations.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each vendor table measured&nbsp;<strong>8 feet in length<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vendors were responsible for\u00a0<strong>removing all boxes, packing materials, and trash<\/strong>\u00a0before departing at the end of the Expo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; The Expo reserves the right to assign vendor table locations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2026 Expo Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You could cancel your table reservation up to&nbsp;<strong>30 days prior<\/strong>&nbsp;to the event and receive a full refund for your advance payment, processed within&nbsp;<strong>7\u201314 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations made&nbsp;<strong>less than 30 days before<\/strong>&nbsp;the show result in forfeiture of advance payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the Expo must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all vendors will receive a&nbsp;<strong>full refund<\/strong>&nbsp;within&nbsp;<strong>30 days of notification<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>California Seller\u2019s Permit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vendors are required to verify that they have a valid California seller\u2019s permit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Extreme Weather and Acts of God Policy<br><\/strong>Vendor fees will be&nbsp;<strong>refunded or credited<\/strong>&nbsp;only if the Expo itself is cancelled due to extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances. If the Expo proceeds as scheduled,&nbsp;<strong>no refunds or credits<\/strong>&nbsp;will be issued for vendor no-shows.
